Fitness Pilates is more of a functional approach to the traditional Pilates class. Fitness Pilates is a great way to tone, stretch and work on your posture, both in forms of exercise and thinking about day-to-day life.
Movements are built up, starting at your own level and progressing, improving overall body strength.
