Best Foot Forward
Best Foot Forward is a seated class for anyone with joint, health or balance problems, or for those getting back to exercise after a break or surgery. Great social environment and way to meet new people with refreshments after the class.

Circuit training uses a range of different ‘stations’ each of which involves a different exercise. You perform timed sets at each station before moving to the next one. So by the time the class is over you will have had a fairly intense, whole body workout and you will feel great!
1-2-1 or 2-2-1 swimming lessons available for adults and children of all abilities, whether to learn or to improve strokes.
Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin music and easy-to-follow dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training, alternating fast and slow rhythms and resistance training. Zumba's fans say it's so popular because Zumba is a fun way to work out.
