Aqua Aerobics classes provide a fun, low-impact way of toning up using the water resistance. Ideal classes for losing weight and feeling healthy and energised, especially if you have joint or health problems.

Fitness Pilates is more of a functional approach to the traditional Pilates class. Fitness Pilates is a great way to tone, stretch and work on your posture, both in forms of exercise and thinking about day-to-day life.

Class for 11-15-year-olds. Use of weights and guided instruction in a class environment to get young people used to the expectations and safety of this session.

Pre and Post Natal Pilates
This class is suitable for ladies who are pre or postnatal. A gentle pilates class to aid fitness and health during and after pregnancy. With a friendly and welcoming environment for new mums with their babies and pregnant mums to be, to meet new people.
Seated Exercise for the over 50's
A class for anyone with joint, health or balance problems, or for those getting back to exercise after a break or surgery. The majority of the movements are seated but we do some exercises standing which is optional.

Standing Exercises for the over 50's
A low impact standing class suitable to everyone aged over 50 who want to get back in to exercise. With some fun seated dance routines and stretches.
This class offers you a fantastic form of interval training which is one of the most effective ways to lose weight and increase fitness.
Circuit training uses a range of different ‘stations’ each of which involves a different exercise. You perform timed sets at each station before moving to the next one. So by the time the class is over, you will have had a fairly intense, whole-body workout and you will feel great!
