First spinning class back after Christmas break yesterday, my legs are telling me I shouldn't have had a rest!!
Spinning Class
Had lots of laughter and jokes in spinning class this morning.
Spinning Today
Only had three people in spinning today but we all worked hard and took a trip back to the '90s with the sing-along tunes.
Halloween Spooky Spinning
Just done the halloween class dressed as a sparkely witch! I had 8 people for a haunted routine going through graveyards and doing ghostly jumps with creepy climbs.
Well done those that took part and looked great in fancy dress.

This morning spinning class was a tough one, lots of hills to climb, not sure where in the country they are, that long!!
Just completed my spinning routine for Halloween this Thursday 4:15-4:45 pm, come along to try it with me.
Spooky Halloween Spinning Special
Especially for halloween there will be a spooky spinning class, with themed music and fancy dress.
