Tonight I taught first ever class without speaking because I'm nearly loosing voice. Certainly made participants pay more attention to me.

Christmas Lunch 2
Just returned from my first Christmas lunch, we visited the Ruffwell inn, Thorverton with ladies and gents from aqua aerobic at Tiverton. Full up now!
Spinning & Aqua Aerobics
Today has been busy doing my own classes and I've covered a beginners aqua aerobics too. I shall be covering again tomorrow because the usual instructor is poorly, get better soon. And I'm still recovering from yesterday mornings spinning class which had a new routine. Look out spinning class...
Aqua Aerobics
Today I covered a beginners aqua aerobics class and enjoyed meeting new people. I hope they all enjoyed the class.
This evening did my usual aqua aerobics class with 17 brave people who ventured out of there warm houses to the cold outdoors.
