Just done the halloween class dressed as a sparkely witch! I had 8 people for a haunted routine going through graveyards and doing ghostly jumps with creepy climbs.
Well done those that took part and looked great in fancy dress.
This morning spinning class was a tough one, lots of hills to climb, not sure where in the country they are, that long!!
Just completed my spinning routine for Halloween this Thursday 4:15-4:45 pm, come along to try it with me.
Especially for halloween there will be a spooky spinning class, with themed music and fancy dress.

Last Friday I had 19 people take part in the beep test in circuits. Everyone did really well getting between levels 5 and 14. Maybe another one before Christmas, a great way of checking your fitness levels.
