I am starting a trial Bootcamp class, every Tuesday in March (5th,11th,18th,25th) at Waie Inn Zeal Monachorum. 6:15-7:30pm. £4. Please come along to support with the possibility of starting regular class in May to get fit for summer!!!

Had a meeting yesterday about new classes starting in may at Waie Inn, Zeal Monachorum. Bootcamp, Zumba and aqua aerobics classes.
22nd march charity Bootcamp in aid of Asthma UK. Come along to lords meadow leisure centre at 2 pm.
94 days until the Crediton Crunch. Registration forms soon up for willing volunteers to run. Good luck come and try.
I will be watching the young farmers I helped on a show today, excited.
Recently I have been suffering from back pains so today I am visiting my osteopath, highly recommend him, Chris Bury at Crediton.
One of my circuits regulars has injured her hand and unable to come back for a while. Get better soon, ill save you the burpees... you like them.
Happy birthday to my goddaughter 1 today and also her mummy's birthday too.
