Abs And Step Cover
On Wednesday 5th I will be covering ab attack and step and sweat whilst another instructor recovers from injury. Hope she feels better soon.

Young Farmers
Over the Christmas period I've been helping a group of young farmers choreograph a dance for competition. I've had great fun!!
They have got through the regional level and next week is the county level competition.
They have done some great work again in today's practice. Good Luck to them
New Class Meeting
Met a lovely lady today and starting new class shortly doing seated exercises for two care homes in Exeter.

This week is flying past again. January craze has truly kicked in, classes are full and it's really pleasing to teach lots of smiley faces. Keep it up, everyone.
